UnDoIt!
Version 1.0 for Macintosh
For the Macintosh enthusiast who doesn't want to wait for Copland, UnDoIt!
is a shareware utility that lets you undo most Finder commands. Unlike the
current Finder undo that is restricted to edit commands on text fields,
UnDoIt! undoes Finder actions on most desktop objects including volumes,
folders, and documents. UnDoIt! can undo after you close, move, unmount
volume and more.
Suppose you just option-clicked your way through several layers of folders to
find an important document, then closed it before you were ready. Do you
have to click your way back to the document? Just UnDoIt!
Or, suppose you accidentally unmounted a network volume by mistake. Do
you need to open Chooser, find the right zone, and select the volume again?
Just UnDoIt!
Have you ever accidentally put away a folder on your desktop and then had
to dig it out of your hard disk? Just UnDoIt!
Or maybe you've just dragged several items to the trash by accident. Do you
really have to open the trash, sort through all of your garbage to find the
items, then drag them out again? Just UnDoIt!
UnDoIt! installs a menu next to the help menu. It keeps track of the last
thing that you did that it's able to undo. It tries to make sure that *you*
(as opposed to Apple Script or another application) performed the action
before offering to undo it.
UnDoIt! is shareware. You will be able to try UnDoIt! free for 15 days. At the
end of 15 days, UnDoIt! will time out. You will receive several notifications
telling you how you can purchase UnDoIt!.

How to Register
UnDoIt! is shareware. It is not free software. If you use UnDoIt!, you will
be asked to pay the $12 registration fee. After you register, you will be
sent a code to disable the message that appears at startup. If after
fifteen days UnDoIt! is still not registered, the program will time out.
Paying for UnDoIt! is fairly simple. Open the Register program that
accompanies UnDoIt!. Enter your name, your email address, and the number
of single user licenses you desire. Save or Copy or Print the data from the
Register program and send the data and payment to Kagi Shareware. Kagi
Shareware handles all payment processing.
If paying with Credit Card or First Virtual, you can email or fax the data
to Kagi Shareware. Their email address is shareware@kagi.com and their fax
number is +1 510 652-6589. You can either Copy the data from Register and
paste into the body of an email message or you can Save the data to a file
and you can attach that file to an email message. There is no need to
compress the data file. If you have a fax modem, just Print the data to the
Kagi fax number.
Payments sent via email are processed within 3 to 4 days. You will receive
an email acknowledgment once it is processed. Payments sent via fax take up
to 10 days and if you provide a correct internet email address you will
receive an email acknowledgment.
If you are paying with Cash or USD Check you should print the data using the
Register application and send it to the address shown on the form, which is:
Kagi Shareware
1442-A Walnut Street #392-CA
Berkeley, California 94709-1405
USA
You can pay with a wide variety of cash from different countries but if you
pay via check, it must be a check drawn in US Dollars. Kagi Shareware cannot
accept checks in other currencies.
If you have a purchasing department, you can enter all the data into the
Register program and then select Invoice as your payment method. Print three
copies of the form and send it to your accounts payable people. You might
want to highlight the line that mentions that they must include a copy of
the form with their payment.
Kagi Shareware can not invoice your company, you need to act on their behalf
and generate the invoice and handle all the paperwork on your end.
Please do not fax or email payment forms that indicate Cash, Check or
Invoice as the payment method.
Payments sent via postal mail take time to reach Kagi Shareware and then up
to 10 days for processing. Again, if you include a correct email address,
you will hear from Kagi Shareware when the form is processed.
UnDoIt! has a protection scheme and when you pay, Kagi Shareware sends you
a registration code to disable the message that appears at startup, or
enable the program if it has already timed out. If you do not have an email
address you should consider selecting the Postcard Receipt so that Kagi
can inform you of your registration code. Kagi transmits the registration
codes via email and paid postcard receipt only.
